Happy 1 week Birthday to Meredith! We have been home since Saturday and Meredith is doing great. We went to the doctors yesterday and she is holding steady at 7 lbs. 10 oz. We go back next week to make sure her weight is going up...I am sure it will...she is a great eater and a wonderful sleeper. Knock on wood...but we have a little girl who doesn't cry much and loves to sleep! Andrew and I are doing good...we are tired but not nearly as tired as we were with Logan when he was a newborn. We attribute it to the fact that Meredith sleeps a lot better than Logan did and the whole baby thing is much easier the second time around. Logan is wonderful with Meredith. He is very gentle with her and when she cries, he tells her "it will be OK". He often just looks at her and laughs...he thinks she is funny?!! And if Meredith happens to be out of his eyesight, he asks "Where's my sister?". Yesterday morning Logan decided to sit next to Meredith and have his breakfast with her.
